History
Posterior laminectomy C3 to C7 level. Surgery took 2 hours with 50 ml of blood loss.
Complaints
No neck pain, right arm pain, and tightness since 2 months (increased since 15 days). Right leg pain and tightness since 2 months (increased since 15 days). H/O paresthesias in both the right upper and lower limb. Difficulty in buttoning a shirt and difficulty in writing. Difficulty walking. No bladder or bowel issue.
On Examination: Grip, Pinch, and Grasp are weak, more on right than left.
Hyperreflexia in knee present.
